Good Deeds Challenge Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 

1. The Promoter is: Hotelplan Ltd (Company No. 350786), trading as Santa’s Lapland, whose registered office is Nelson House, 55 Victoria Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 7PA 
2. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to participants of all ages. However, children under 13 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to participate. Employees of Hotelplan Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the prize draw are not eligible to enter. 
3. Entry Fee: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw. 
4. Agreement to Terms: By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
5. How to Enter:
   1. Participants must submit their filled out challenge card by private message on Instagram @santas_lapland or Facebook SantasLapland during the prize draw period. 
6. Closing Date: Entries must be received between 00:01 on 22nd August 2024 (the “Start Date”) and 23:59 on 26th September 2024 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.​ 
7. Liability: No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 
8. Prize: The prize is a £250 high street toy shop Gift Card* (*retailer to be confirmed by the Promoter to the winner when selected). The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 
9. Winner Selection: All valid and, if applicable, correct entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winners will be picked at random using a random number generator. The draw will take place on 1st October 2024. 
10. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook by 4th October 2024. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. The winners will be required to respond within 7 days of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. 
    1. In the event that the prize winners do not respond to communications within this period, or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner. 
    2. The promotor accepts no responsibility if the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
11. Prize Delivery: The prize will be sent to the winner's provided address or email address within 14 days of confirmation. 
12. Limitations of Liability: The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case or anticipation of, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
13. Data Protection: We will treat all of your personal data as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and fully comply with all applicable privacy regulations and consumer legislation.     1. Santa's Lapland shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. 
    2. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material around the prize draw, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 
14. General: 

1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if the Promoter believes that your conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the prize draw into disrepute, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to make your entry void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude you from participating in the prize draw. 
2. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party. 
3. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
4. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the prize where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. 
5. The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. 
6. This prize draw and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
