The Entertainer Toy Voucher Competition

The promoter is: Santa’s Lapland (Company No. 350786) whose registered office is Nelson House, 55 Victoria Road, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 7PA.
The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except Santa’s Lapland and The Entertainer employees or their families, including close friends, partners or relatives of employees, or employees of other Hotelplan UK companies and those associated with the operation or promotion of the prize draw. Any such entries will be deemed invalid.
The prize draw will be open from 26th November – 16th December 2024.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The prize is as follows: One e-gift card to the value of £250 for The Entertainer Toy Shop. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with The Entertainer or its affiliated companies. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
Events may occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Santa’s Lapland.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
Santa’s Lapland reserves the right to change the prize and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Santa’s Lapland as a result thereof.
The Prize Draw will take place on Tuesday 17th December 2024 and a winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or if they do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The promoter cannot be held responsible for emails that do not arrive due to the entrant’s email security settings or restrictions placed by their Internet service provider.
The promoter will notify the winner of the appropriate details for claiming and redeeming the prize.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
