Me and my partner took our 4 children to Lapland Your reps were fantastic, they could see when we were struggling and they always stepped in, either to entertain or assist with the kids Ho ho Han in particular was exceptional and we wouldn’t of made the flight home without her I felt that the staff took pressure of the parents so that we all could enjoy the experience. Fantastic job.
